Domain Names
Domain Names are registered by default for a period of 2 years unless otherwise stated by the customer. Domains can be renewed for a period of up to 10 years. Once registered a domain name cannot be cancelled so refunds cannot be given for domains registered in error. In the event of domain being registered by mistake that domain must be paid for and the domain will lapse i.e become available again for public registration once the intitial 2 year registrtaion period has elapsed
Web Hosting
Web Hosting can be paid monthly by direct debit or 12 monthly by payment in advance. For monthy hosting a notice period of 1 month must be given if the hosting is no longer required. For 12 month hosting contracts if the hosting is cancelled within the first 6 months a refund of 50% will be given. If hosting is cancelled in the 2nd 6 month period of a 12 month contract no refund will be given
