Can I transfer a domain to On the Spot?
Yes. We handle transfers of .co.uk, .uk, .scot, .com and most other domains, and we explain each step so nothing expires in the middle of a move.
Will you remind me before a domain renews?
Yes. Reminders are sent before each renewal, and you can always call the office to check a date.
Can I keep my existing domain name and email addresses?
Yes. Your domain and email stay exactly as they are. If On the Spot already looks after them, nothing changes. If someone else does, we can manage the move for you when you are ready.
