Questions about website builder and content management
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Content management lets you change text, photos, opening hours and pages yourself, with the team on the phone if you get stuck. You can also ask us to make changes for you.
Who hosts the website?
We do, on the same infrastructure we have run for Scottish businesses since 1997. Hosting, backups, security updates and monitoring are part of looking after the site.
Will the website work on phones?
Yes. Every site we build is designed for phones first, because that is where most local searches now happen.
Do I need a new website to use the platform?
Not necessarily. Lead capture, the chatbot, CRM and search work can be added to an existing site in many cases. If your current site is holding you back, we'll say so in the strategy review and explain why.
